The Trainee Business Systems Co-ordinator is accountable for, but not limited to, the following:
• Ensuring the Walters business management system is being engaged by all departments, across all regions within the group, driving continual improvement.
• Assistance in the development of Company Intranet systems.
• Assistance with BM Trada and other external auditing bodies
• Identifying practical and deliverable measures to continually improve the overall performance of the Walters Group.
• Working with functional departments in developing and improving business processes and standards.
• Support and participate in effective audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Developing and presenting reports, along with KPI data, as required by line and senior management.
• Manage and upkeep revision status of the policies, standards and documents within the BMS.
• Continually developing and improving the company system platforms to support operational teams.
• Identifying practical and deliverable measures to continually improve the overall performance of the Walters Group.
