Walters UK Limited is seeking a Bid Administrator to support our Work Winning team. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality bid submissions, managing bid documentation, and assisting with pre-qualification processes. The Bid Administrator will work closely with the Bid Manager, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other internal teams to coordinate, format, and submit compelling bid responses.

• Assist in preparing tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Manage Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and coordinate bid documents.
• Maintain and update the bid library, including case studies, CVs, and company information.
• Monitor online procurement portals for new business opportunities.
• Support the bid team in content creation, formatting, and document design.
• Support the bid team in bid meetings and workshops, including presentation preparation.
• Ensure branding and corporate identity compliance across bid submissions.
• Assist in proofreading and editing bid responses for clarity and impact.
• Support marketing efforts related to Work Winning, including social media and website content.
