The Walters Way
Practical, proud, dedicated and genuine
We provide a compliance led, self delivery based service across a range of sectors centred around civil engineering, plant and development.
Since our formation in 1982, we have developed a reputation for delivery by being practical and considered in everything we do. We plan correctly from the outset to deliver right first time.
We take pride in our work and are proud of our heritage, the family that we’ve built and the communities we live and work in. We have built a successful business from humble beginnings through hard work, engaged staff and a common purpose.
We aim to exceed expectations and go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. This dedication is enabled by being a family owned and financially stable business that is committed to the industries we work in. This affords our clients and stakeholders stability, flexibility and long term thinking.
We have a clear track record of diversifying into new and emerging markets whilst always maintaining a heavy plant based service at our core. We now operate and maintain the largest independently owned heavy plant fleet in the UK supported by our own dedicated operators and maintenance facilities. Based in Wales and with offices across the UK, we are a proud local and national company that is trusted and respected across the sectors we work in.
“Walters delivered the works efficiently and brought a number of value engineering innovations to the scheme that we simply had not considered.”
