Walters have secured a new £1m demolition and refurbishment contract in the Queensway Meadows Industrial Estate area of Newport in South Wales. We have been appointed by a London based property investment company to work with the Project Management Team at JLL to ready the site for new tenants. Jim Webb, Contracts Director, said that work is expected to be completed by April 2020.
