PENNANT WALTERS WELCOMES MERYL LEWIS AS DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY
This is the tab body content. It is typically best to keep this area short and to the point so it isn't too overwhelming.

Pennant Walters is delighted to announce that Meryl Lewis has joined the team as Director of Environment and Sustainability. Meryl has over 20 years of extensive consultancy experience in the private property sector – her most recent role being a Town Planner at Savills. Having worked closely with the Walters Group previously as a planning consultant on a number of projects, including residential, commercial and sustainable development proposals, Meryl is already very familiar with our company and its ventures.

In her previous career, Meryl advised public and private sector clients on a variety of developments across Wales and the South West of England.  This work developed and broadened her experience in co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams and project managing the preparation, submission and negotiation of large and small scale developments to determination. Her project management skills and knowledge of the planning systems in Wales and England complement the wide range of projects and opportunities at Pennant Walters.

Meryl’s key projects going forward include strategy advice and managing the applications for the delivery of a number of wind farm developments across South Wales.
