Walters are pleased to announce that they have been successful in securing a package of demolition work on the former RAF St Athan site, clearing the way for the exciting new Bro Tathan Business Park.

Situated within the Cardiff Airport and St Athan Enterprise Zone, Bro Tathan is a significant and unique development with a ready-to-use commercial airfield on site, and in close proximity to an international airport and to the Welsh capital, Cardiff.

Global car icon Aston Martin is already operating at Bro Tathan as anchor tenant with significant available space for further businesses and organisations. The property and land owners Welsh Government and the global property agent Savills have big ambitions for the site given its scale and the proximity to an airfield for companies needing easy access to air freight, UK and international markets. 

Walters beat off strong competition from local and national demolition specialists to secure the work which is worth £1m to the company.
