Walters Land Limited is undertaking pre-application consultation in relation to the development of up to 150 new homes and all associated works at the
Former Steelworks Site, Pontarddulais.

We give notice that Walters Land Limited is intending to apply to Swansea Council for the following development:

Outline planning application for the development of up to 150 new homes and all associated works. All matters, aside from the main access, are
reserved for subsequent approval.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (as amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation (PAC).

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for review online below. Computer facilities are available at
Pontarddulais Library, St Michael’s Avenue, Pontarddulais, Swansea, SA4 8TE.

The identified library is open as follows;

  • Monday 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:30
  • Tuesday 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:30
  • Wednesday 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:30
  • Friday 09:00-13:00, 13:30-17:30
  • Saturday 10:00-13:00

Please note that the library is closed on a Thursday and Sunday.
